TDC cable situation (rack 3, 4, 5 & 7).

planning for new cables to V693-TDCs for strings 1-10.

Steffen's comments on the current cableing situation, pointing out again the known serious problems with the existing cables (mainly at DMADD side).
He concludes, that a dedicated effort on arranging also the older cables (ADC, ...) is needed.
