Data Taking of the SURFACE T0's 2000

Hi Surface-Beaker !!

You're in charge of taking the surface-t0's this year?
Congratulations!

It is a much more exciting job than the ordinary t0's (don't tell Kurt about this!). You have made a good choice. bove all, you can be finished with data taking in two days, if you're fast.

Before you go ahead, I would ask you to read the following instructions carefully and to set up the experiment exactly the same way as it is described here. This is not because I think, I have made the best setup ever found. In contrary, there are many different possibilities. And this is the clue of my concerns: Because we make measurements with nanosecond accuracy, the electronics used are an integral part of the experiment. E.g. different discriminators or fans have different time delays. The differences can easily exceed the precision of the obtained results. Thus, In order to get as much comparability as possible between the different years, try to repeat the measurement as it was performed for the first time in November 2000. Thank you !
