Opportunities AT DESY and University of Potsdam

  • Master and PhD positions in Plasma Astrophysics/ Astroparticle Physics

    • The successful applicant will join the research group led by Prof. Huirong Yan at Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY) and Institute of Physik und Astronomie at University of Potsdam working on any of the topics involving turbulence, magnetic fields, turbulence and cosmic rays. The purpose of the fellowship is research training leading to the successful completion of PhD degree at University of Potsdam.

  • 3 Year Postdoc in Plasma Astrophysics Astrophysics

    • We have opening for a postdoc position based at DESY. PhD in Physics or astronomy is required. The successful applicant will work on projects on plasma astrophysics. Read more
