Time dilation
happens when any object is traveling at a speed different than 0 m/s.
But, its effects are negligible until the object is traveling at a
minimum of 30.000.000 m/s, 1/10 of the speed of light in the vacuum.
The more the object's speed approaches the speed of light , the
slower the time goes for it. Example: if a spaceship is traveling at
nearly the speed of light, when in the ship 1 year is passed, on
Earth 10 years are passed.
