Abstract

The Transition Radiation and Transition Radiation Detectors widely used
as tool to discriminate particles with different value of the Lorentz
factor over a vide range of Lorentz factor. For High Energy Experiments
as energy range is pushed above 1 Gev Transition Radiation Detectors
can play important role for electron identification.
This work is preceeded by introduction brifly description the main
properties of transition radiation particulary focusing on application.
Monte Carlo programm has been written for the TRD in HERA-B experiment.
Discussed applying algorithms for detailed analysis of performance of
Transition Radiation detectors, presented results of analysis and
comparison with experimental results. Monte Carlo programm has been
written for GEANT application in High Energy Experiments.
